We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Copywriter to support our Sales Department in crafting compelling content that drives customer engagement and conversions. Responsible for crafting personalized, engaging cold email campaigns and optimizing key metrics like open and reply rates through A/B testing and data-driven strategies. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure email content aligns with customer needs, while continuously monitoring performance to refine outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Email Copywriting: Create personalized, engaging, and persuasive cold email campaigns targeted at potential customers.
• Optimization: Continuously test subject lines, email openers, body content, and CTAs to improve open and reply rates.
• A/B Testing: Regularly conduct A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of various elements of cold emails, from subject lines to body copy and CTA.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, reply rates, etc.) and adjust strategies to optimize outreach efforts at a regular interval.
• Segmentation: Write tailored email copy for various segments of the target audience, ensuring relevance and personalization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer pain points, unique selling propositions, and product updates.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze email campaign data and apply insights to improve performance, focusing on the ultimate goal—positive reply rates.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in outbound cold email copywriting, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, especially open rates and positive reply rates.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and A/B testing tools.
• Exceptional writing skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and storytelling.
• Ability to personalize emails effectively and understand target audiences.
• Highly analytical, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and understand the marketing-sales alignment.
• Familiarity with lead nurturing and buyer journey stages.
