JD: Junior Performance Marketer
Assist in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns (PPC, social media ads, etc.)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
Manage campaign budgets and ensure adherence to spending limits
Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for optimization
Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
Create compelling ad copy and landing pages (may vary depending on the company)
Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy
Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
Monitoring and Optimizing the Campaign for better performance.
Basic knowledge about Marketing tools.
