Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Senior Performance Marketer who specializes in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising with a strong track record in lead generation. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive high-quality leads and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) focused on B2C lead generation.

  • Own end-to-end campaign management including audience targeting, creative briefing, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

  • Optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality using platform insights and analytics tools.

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

  • Perform detailed audience research and develop buyer personas to align ad messaging.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and weekly reports.

  • Conduct regular experiments to test new formats, ad copies, bidding strategies, and creative directions.

  • Stay current on Meta platform updates, privacy policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience with at least 2+ years managing high-budget Meta lead gen campaigns.

  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads through paid social campaigns.

  • Strong command over campaign structuring, pixel tracking, and retargeting strategies.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM (e.g., LeadSquared), and landing page platforms (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in D2C / Service-based industries

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads as secondary channels

  • Basic knowledge of funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, CAC and more)
