Job Overview:

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Head of  Content Marketing to lead our content efforts and drive our brand narrative. As the Senior Content Marketing, you’ll be responsible for shaping our content strategy, managing a high-performing content team, and ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our 1PD Ops focus and business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and informative content across various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, podcasts, and social media.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content writers, designers, and creators to produce impactful content that resonates with our target audience.
  • SEO & Analytics: Drive SEO initiatives and leverage analytics to optimize content performance and improve organic search rankings.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone, while challenging conventional thinking in the marketing space.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to create content that supports product launches, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
  • Content Distribution: Develop and manage content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement across digital channels.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish CustomerLabs as a thought leader in the 1PD Ops space by producing authoritative content that speaks to industry trends and insights.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in content marketing, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of ad platforms, first-party data, digital marketing, and content strategy.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Experience managing a content team and working cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of using analytics to improve content performance.
  • Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo in content marketing.
