The Sales Operations Associate supports the sales team by managing sales data, generating reports, and optimizing sales processes. This role involves a blend of administrative and analytical tasks aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department.
Industry research (Experience in using tools such as similar web, crunch base, Store leads etc..)
Leads research, handson experience using linkedin and other lead scraping tools.
Industry practices for naming and organizing leads list in cloud
New tools evaluation to minimize manual work
Maintaining data accuracy
Coordination with SDR team for a feedback, on ICP targeted and list curated
Generating daily reports on the lead funnel
Education: Any Bachelor Degree
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
Skills:
Proficiency in FreshSales CRM
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
