Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Search Ad Specialist with 3-5 years of experience, particularly in Google Ads, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends in online advertising. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective search advertising strategies to drive lead generation and increase brand visibility.
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
Conduct A/B testing and optimization to improve campaign performance and ROAS/Profitability.
Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in search advertising.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in search advertising, with a focus on Google Ads Lead Generation campaigns.
Proven track record of successfully managing large budget campaigns (at least 20 Lakh INR/month) and driving lead generation.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including keyword targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to have):
Experience with other digital advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads or Microsoft Advertising.
Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
E-Commerce campaign management experience.
