Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist who can drive key people initiatives and elevate the employee experience at CustomerLabs. This role goes beyond traditional HR — you will lead performance management, employer branding, cultural initiatives, and end-to-end recruitment while supporting strong HR operations.
You will collaborate closely with leadership, partner with teams, and contribute directly to shaping our culture and people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
✨ Performance Management
Lead and execute performance review cycles.
Guide teams in setting OKRs/KPIs aligned with company goals.
Track performance progress and support managers with development plans.
✨ Employer Branding
Own employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, social media, and events.
Build campaigns and content showcasing culture, achievements, and team stories.
Strengthen visibility through partnerships with colleges, communities, and networks.
✨ End-to-End Recruitment
Manage full-cycle hiring for multiple departments.
Define hiring needs with stakeholders and create effective recruitment plans.
Source candidates via job boards, social platforms, communities, and direct outreach.
Oversee interview coordination, assessments, and offer rollout.
✨ Culture & People Initiatives
Drive culture-building activities and internal events.
Conduct exit interviews and share insights for improvement.
Promote a collaborative, learning-driven workplace through weekly sessions and meetups.
✨ HR Operations Support
Maintain HR systems, ATS, and documentation.
Support payroll inputs, onboarding, and policy execution.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR standards.
Mentor junior HR team members and streamline HR processes.
Requirements
3–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong understanding of performance management and recruitment processes.
Experience in employer branding or people engagement initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Good knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and HR tools/ATS.
